Add HostbasedKeyTypes to ssh(1)

Add support for a HostbasedKeyTypes client option, inspired by and
largely based upon HostbasedAcceptedKeyTypes. This allows the
administrator (or user) to select a subset of the supported key types
for use with hostbased authentication.
