I just showed how I solved the annoying problem - by applying this
patch, building a custom .deb and installing everywhere on my premises
on the machines with Ubuntu 15.10.
I do not insist (and cannot insist) on including my patch into openssh.
It is completely up to you.

Yes, the fresh github's master is affected by the bug #2492.
And Ubuntu 15.10 with my patch is unaffected by the bug #52.
