commit adab758242121181700e48b4f6c60d6b660411fe
Author: Darren Tucker <dtucker at zip.com.au>
Date: Wed Aug 17 13:40:58 2016 +1000

Remove now-obsolete CVS $Id tags from text files.

Since -portable switched to git, the CVS $Id tags are no longer being
updated and are becoming increasingly misleading. Remove them.
