    Force dependencies one per line.
    
    Force makedepend to output one dependency per line, which will make
    reading diffs against it much easier.  ok djm@

    Enable connect-privsep test with valgrind.
    
    connect-privsep seems to work OK with valgrind now so don't skip
    valgrind on it.
