The first step would be to port up to 2.3.0p1 that was recently release.
Then point us to what patch.  The less code you touch in the core OpenSSH
tree the more likely it will be accepted.

That's pretty much it.  I'd be interested in this "job limits" and why SGI
decided to create them.=)
