[PATCH] Let scp accept options -1 and -2

Speaking of which, should we have a section in TODO or somewhere else
about features that will not be implemented (like -[12] for scp) and
reasons, so people would stop sending patches for them.

I don't know whether there are enough of these 'denied' targets to justify 
this, though..
