OpenSSH 3.8.1p1: call for testing

  I'm getting a 'make tests' error on Gentoo.  Output as follows:

# make -f Makefile.in distprep
# ./configure --prefix=/usr --with-pam --with-md5-passwords \ 
	--with-privsep-path=/var/empty/sshd/ --sysconfdir=/etc \
# make && make tests

I'm fairly certain I ran the test correctly.  Let me know if this is a 
problem or I just did something stupid.
