Where to Get OpenSSH 7.2p2-3?

What version of Ubuntu are you using?

-3 is a packaging revision, not something you should ask the upstream
development list about, anyway.  ubuntu-users at lists.ubuntu.com would be
a better place to ask this kind of question, with some more details.
