Fyi: a ControlMaster started by scp doesn't forward agent

Hello,

i am really sorry that i send this as a mail message, but i forgot
my bugtracker password and just can't seem to get a valid token to
update the password (the first attempt failed because during token
validation -- i have seen the input form --, 1&1, my web provider,
cut the connection, which happens frequently

  Could not open a connection to your authentication agent.

This is OpenSSH_7.3p1 on client and OpenSSH_7.2p2-hpn14v4 on
server, and the configuration includes "ControlMaster auto" and
"ForwardAgent yes".

This could be related to "Allow agent forwarding in sftp & scp"[1],
but, like i said.  (I would wonder how, though, since the control
master creates the connection, i'd assume.)
I happily do the web stuff, but i won't try to reset my password
again before -10-02, said the python thing.
