Compilation has passed on OpenIndiana /hipster (GCC 8; linked against 
self compiled OpenSSL and MIT Kerberos 5):

$ ssh -V
OpenSSH_7.9p1-snap20181013, OpenSSL 1.1.1  11 Sep 2018
