sandbox-darwin.c: sandbox.h is deprecated

Applied it to the latest git sources.
During configure I saw
checking for sandbox_init... yes
checking for sandbox.h... yes
checking for sandbox_apply in -lsandbox... yes
checking whether kSBXProfilePureComputation is declared... no

It built without me having to turn off sandboxing explicitly when I ran 
configure on macOS 27 beta.
