[PATCH] include stdlib.h for free/freezero

This fixes the build with --without-openssl, where stdlib.h is not
implicitly included by openssl/crypto.h.

While the CI tests --without-openssl, this configuration is only
run on ubuntu-22.04 which uses gcc < 14, so implicit functions are
only warnings (see [0]) by default.
