ssh_config "Tag" - really only one?

The RIGHT thing to do would be maintaining a LIST of strings, not just 
one single string, and providing a new operation, "untag", while keeping 
"tag" and "match tagged".

I do love OpenSSH for the flexibility it has grown over the last years, 
but here is some flexibility missing.
