It looks like this 1 line fix makes everything work fine. (after I
re-run ssh-keygen -K)

This commit mentions the motivation for adding the internal_uv == -1
condition was to avoid entering the PIN for Yubikey BIO...

But I can verify that Yubikey BIO does not ask me for my alphanumeric
PIN when I add this one line patch.
