I would offer up my connection.. but I doubt a US based 640/272kbit DSL
conncetion would be much better.  I would like to mirror the whole
CVS tree locally.  It would make things nicer for me.  And I'd be
happy to setup a CVSWeb until we have a well connected box as long as
everyone leaves me some with bandwidth to live on.=)

Hmm.. Wonder if I could talk the owner of vastnet.net in New York to host
a CVS server or hand over a machine for me to set it up.  He does owe me
big still.
