Is fixpaths the only perl dependency?

Hi all.

I just did a CVS update and it looks like my patch
to remove fixpaths and replace it with an inlined
sed script has not yet been added. Just wondering
if there was some problem with the patch and I don't
remember hearing anything back. I would kind of
like to be able to build openssh out of the box
under Cygwin and this is the only thing standing
in the way.
