keyboard-interactive and PAM under protocol v2

Hi all,

Support for the keyboard-interactive authentication method has recently
been added to OpenSSH.  This looks like a nice way to take advantage
of more of the capabilities provided by PAM, at least under version 2
of the SSH protocol.  Is anybody currently looking into this or otherwise
working in this direction?
