sftp

I believe it was stated back a few months ago that if one needs the
support they can use the sftp-server2 and sftp2 from the ssh commerical
using what you show down below.

Unless someone feels in the mood to attempt to reverse engineer sftp.  I
doubt it will get into OpenSSH.
