I don't know.  Actually I don't know much about this whole technology,
I've just installed it, and know in very general terms what is going on
here.

I was reading in the man pages for ssh2, and I did not run across a
'keyboard-interactive' authentication protocol.  There is one that calls a
program, but I don't know if that's one openssh uses.
