PATCH: OpenSSH 3.0.2p1 + Kerberos 4 on Irix 6.5

There are conflicts between the krb.h and crypt.h on Irix 6.5 in
auth-passwd.c.  Since auth-passwd does not need krb.h, we can avoid
these conflicts.  The attached patch provides a little preprocessor
magic to fix this.  The resulting code still compiles on Solaris 2.8,
AIX 4.3.3, and RedHat Linux 7.2.
