Short Instructions:
1) Apply the patch:

2) Comment out "SUDO=sudo" from test-exec.sh if you don't use sudo.
3) Make sure all of the directories from regress/ up to / are not
group/other writable and are owned by your testing user or root.
4) CD to regress/ and run ./runtests.sh.
