Problems with commercial SSH and Open SSH

Hi,

My UNIX SSH server environment is running OpenSSH. My UNIX SSH client 
environment is running the commercial SSH.

I am getting the following errors when trying to authenticate with my 
public key:

warning: Authentication failed.
Disconnected; authentication cancelled by user (Authentication cancelled 
by use.
FATAL: ssh2 client failed to authenticate. (or you have too old ssh2 
installed,)
