Problem with openssh on linux 2.0.34 mips

Try "UsePrivilegeSeparation no". 3.3p1 works for me on 2.0.36/i386 with
privsep off.

With privsep on and compression off I get:
mm_receive_fd: expected type 1 got 1074194385
