scp: warning: Executing scp1 compatibility.
scp: FATAL: Executing ssh1 in compatibility mode failed (Check that scp1 is in 
your PATH).

OpenSSH's scp is rcp protocol.  And requires you to have scp1 from SSH Corp
installed for it to work since SSH Corp decided to break backwards
compability otherwise.

Please use sftp or ensure scp1 is in your $PATH.
