zlib compression, the exploit, and OpenSSH

Wonderful,  I look forward to seeing it in the tree.  For the moment, I
will be unable to use the privilege separation code since all of our
systems are linux based rather than bsd.  I will watch the list to see
when it enters the portable tree.
