SecurID patch for OpenSSH 3.7.1p2

Asif,
I just got through testing, and by default the patches do not work
together with 3.7.1p2..it doesn't matter on the order...I think you
could make them work, but I don't have time to look into this further. I
only have one system where I need the securid support, so I will just
build two different packages.
