OpenSSH-39 not sending syslog msges to proper files

Hi,

Some more info on the problem:

The syslog messages from tcp_wrappers are not directed to proper files even 
when I leave syslog facility to be the default value AUTH and Log level as 
INFO. However, when I use -r option with sshd, the log messages are directed 
to proper files.
