openssh 4.3 on IRIX 5.3

We don't keep really old snapshots but you can pull the old trees by 
date from anoncvs as long as you have autoconf (v2.59) to rebuild configure.

$ export CVS_RSH=ssh
$ cvs -d anoncvs at anoncvs.mindrot.org:/cvs co openssh

then update for specific dates:
cvs up -D '[date]'

4.2p1 was 2005/09/01 and 4.3p1 was 2006/02/01.  A binary search should 
narrow it down.
