hpnssh v ssh performance in local area networks

Due to some security restrictions I wasn't aware of the web server won't 
serve any page with a .pl extension. :|

So the correct locations are
http://www.psc.edu/networking/projects/hpn-ssh/iterate.txt
http://www.psc.edu/networking/projects/hpn-ssh/ssh-stats.txt
and you'll need to rename them as you see fit.
