ssh-agent clustering

I suppose it should probably be re-written in C for inclusion into openssh
core.. That is if they will include it..

Of course I wouldn't bother re-writing it if noone's going to incorporate
it..

Thoughts?

Yes, except the order in which it enumerates backing agents doesn't seem to
be so well defined.
