Hardlink patches for sftp

We'll get to the bug when we get to it, hopefully in time for openssh-5.4.

You can add yourself as a Cc on the bug to watch progress on it or, if you
are really interested, you can subscribe to openssh-bugs and watch us work
through the backlog of bugs before this one.
