[flashboot] Building 4.8

Oh, one more note, I had to change the mk-mini.conf to work, here is what
the end result was for that file:

STATIC=
DEBUG=

KERBEROS=no
KERBEROS5=no
AFS=no
TCP_WRAPPERS=no
