Feature request: Integration with GridEngine

Hi,

I opened an enchancement request:

I am hoping that the patch can get into the standard
OpenSSH source tree, so that users just need to
download the latest version of OpenSSH tarball and
build an integrated sshd themselves.

Please let me know any further changes are needed.
