Tested OS X 10.4 to 10.13, 10.15.
Exceptions were, 10.4 i386, 10.5 ppc64, 10.14.
Survey sent to portable-survey@ for each OS version tested

OpenSSH 10.1p1 built fine on all versions tested.
All builds had the clock_gettime patch applied from:
https://marc.info/?l=openssh-unix-dev&m=175935977710302&w=2

Test suite passed on all versions tested, with the exception of OS X
10.7 where it failed on running knownhosts-command.sh due to "grep:
Regular expression too big". grep here is GNU grep 2.5.1.

run test knownhosts.sh ...
ok known hosts
run test knownhosts-command.sh ...
simple connection
no keys
mm_log_handler: write: Broken pipe
bad exit status
keytype ssh-ed25519
mm_log_handler: write: Broken pipe
keytype sk-ssh-ed25519 at openssh.com
keytype ecdsa-sha2-nistp256
keytype ecdsa-sha2-nistp384
keytype ecdsa-sha2-nistp521
keytype sk-ecdsa-sha2-nistp256 at openssh.com
keytype ssh-rsa
grep: Regular expression too big
mm_log_handler: write: Broken pipe
ssh connect failed for keytype
failed known hosts command
make[1]: *** [t-exec] Error 1
make: *** [t-exec] Error 2

I hadn't noticed before but "mm_log_handler: write: Broken pipe" showed
up on other OS versions when running the test suite, is that of concern?

example snippet from test suite run on OS X 10.8
run test multipubkey.sh ...
mm_log_handler: write: Broken pipe
mm_log_handler: write: Broken pipe
mm_log_handler: write: Broken pipe
mm_log_handler: write: Broken pipe
ok multiple pubkey
run test limit-keytype.sh ...
allow rsa,ed25519
mm_log_handler: write: Broken pipe
allow ed25519
mm_log_handler: write: Broken pipe
mm_log_handler: write: Broken pipe
allow cert only
mm_log_handler: write: Broken pipe
mm_log_handler: write: Broken pipe
match w/ no match
mm_log_handler: write: Broken pipe
mm_log_handler: write: Broken pipe
match w/ matching
mm_log_handler: write: Broken pipe
ok restrict pubkey type

Sincerely,

Sevan
