But then again, if your just running an adhoc sshd on a different port, you should see dynamically on your session you ran the debug where it's being delayed.

If you can temporarily change your loglevel in your sshd config file, restart it, reproduce the issue and then set it back, your journal or /var/log/messages should then have timestamps for each message.

I have attached a log file. I am unable to decipher its information, especially
since there are no timestamps.
