[netflow-tools] What is criteria of next release?

Hello Damien,

I committed some patches for softflowd to google code:
 - periodic sampling function
 - chrootdir option in configure
 - debian patches (maintained by Christoph Biedl)

Do you have any criteria to release next version?
If you don't have any criteria, could you release next version including
these patches?
