[netflow-tools] Regarding Softflowctl

Hi,
I'm a newbie in softflowd and only have moderate experience in linux. I am
using it as a part of my research in botnet detection.
When I try to run any *softflowctl* command in terminal, I get the
following error:
*ctl connect("/var/run/softflowd.ctl") error: Connection refused*
Please help me with this.
