man pages screwed

Hi Nemo,

>Hi all. I just got openssh 2.5.1p1 and when I installed it, it's man
>pages doesn't seem to be formatted right. I'm on Solaris 8.

Yeah, the man pages are in mdoc format. I used a perl script that was
written by "Mark D. Roth" <mroth+openssh at feep.net> to convert them to
standard man format for Solaris. I was under the impression that the
script would make it into the contrib/solaris directory, but this
seems not to have happened yet.

Given you have already installed the man pages, doing something like
the following should work:

   cd /usr/local/man
   for file in man1/scp.1 man1/sftp.1 man1/ssh-add.1 man1/ssh-agent.1 \
               man1/ssh-keygen.1 man1/ssh-keyscan.1 man1/ssh.1 \
	       man8/sftp-server.8 man8/sshd.8 ; do
       mv $file $file.old
       mdoc2man.pl < $file.old > $file
   done
   # verify everything looks okay
   rm man1/*.old man8/*.old

to clean them up using a bourne shell.

	Enjoy!
