Thanks for the detailed answer. I will forward this response to our network
administrator. Bug #845 seems to be helpful, though it is only one machine that
is giving me problems (I have no problems with other machines on the same
network), and I only have the problem when connecting from my lab (I connected
with my laptop from a physically different location and was unable to
reproduce). This narrows down the gray area, so I hope we get the issue
resolved.
