RedHat forks OpenSSH?

I don't really case what Redhat does, but if they make it difficult for
us to review their changes, then their users don't get support from us.
Simple consequence.

Obviously all the Redhat users are happy with this outcome, so I'm
pretty much done talking on this issue.
