Same problem. The hostkey-agent test is running ssh-sk-helper. Did you
install all the required devel packages, for instance libfido2-devel,
libcbor-devel, libedit-devel, libssl-devel, libkrb5-devel?
I attached my final config.h, maybe that gives a clue?
